How far is it from...

Often times when people come up this way they think they have been driving forever.  Actually, it's not as far as you think.  Since roads aren't straight,  the curves tend to make you feel you have traveled quit a ways.   Next time you head up here to go hiking, biking or to the coast...time it.  It takes about 10 min to get from our office at highway 84 and Skyline blvd to highway 280.  About the same time it takes to get from the University exit at Palo Alto to Redwood City, and this is if there is  NO Traffic on Highway 101.   Not to mention if you are up this way you can take Highway 280 to work, which typically is less congested than Highway 101.
